Clarity for ambitious game teams.
Start a conversationThe practice
Craft & Constraint provides embedded delivery leadership for game studios. Most studios already have the talent — what slows them down is harder to see: unclear ownership, hidden dependencies, decisions that aren't getting made. The work is making those things visible, then building the clarity and momentum to move forward.
Two ways of working
The starting point. One to two weeks of structured conversations — with leadership, production, engineering, and wherever else the real picture lives — ending with findings concrete enough to act on.
Sustained, hands-on involvement. Typically two days a week over six to twelve weeks, working alongside a team through a specific challenge, transition, or inflection point.
Both are described in more detail on the services page.
